Jacobite train views, clear arrival instructions, room cleanliness
The self-check-in experience felt more like using an AirBnB than a traditional hotel!!! The shared bathrooms could use better signage and clarity on availability!!! The basic room décor felt a bit austere and lacked character!!!

one of the advantages - well-equipped and spotless rooms; they included hair dryers and bath sheets. the bedroom was large and every detail was lovely. the location was comfortable for exploring this gorgeous area, right by the river at inverlochy old castle, the town center and close walking distance to inverness centre for restaurants. also, the hotel was within walking distance of jacobite train.

Ideal place for exploring Fort William. Great location with STUNNING view of the mountains. Fantastic and bright room with an electric kettle, central heating and television. Many things to like: exceptionally comfortable bed, amazing food, amicable staff. Location so close to a residential area, and close walking distance to Inverness centre for restaurants. Also, near the train station.

The location was great for exploring Fort William, with attractions like Old Inverlochy Castle just a short walk away. I found the bed to be especially comfortable, making my one-night stay quite pleasant. I appreciated the nice touch of having tea and coffee available in the room, which made relaxing after a day of sightseeing much better. Despite the shared bathroom setup, the place was tidy and clearly looked after.

It was just a strong match for a fleeting moment in Fort William with fantastic value for money. I enjoyed the cozy feel that the tea and coffee facilities in the room provided after a long day. Be ready for some noise during your stay, but it adds to the lively atmosphere.

Lovely and tidy place, just a hop to town! The relaxed vibe was perfect, and the mini fridge was a good surprise for my nibbles. The beds? Oh, divine!
But honestly, the bathroom could double as a sauna! I half expected to find a sauna towel hanging instead of a regular one!
